Where we ship

Australia only, at the moment.

What it costs

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Standard and Express are both available on every order.

How long it takes

If your size is in stock, we post within two business days. Australia Post then takes two to seven business days depending where you are. Express is faster but not guaranteed to every postcode.

Pre-orders

We sold out of a lot of stock on the night of the fundraiser, so some sizes and ranges are on pre-order. We place the order once we know what you want, which is usually two to three weeks from your order to your letterbox.

If you're not sure whether your size is in stock, email support@farmersfightback.com before you order and we'll tell you.

Mixed orders

If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold it and send everything together unless you ask us to split it.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order is posted.

Pickup

We can hand orders over at our stalls and events. Email us before you order and we'll sort it out.

If something goes missing

Email support@farmersfightback.com with your order number. We'll chase it with Australia Post and keep you posted.
